			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>I&#8217;ve decided to start blogging about my progress as I try to establish my network of sites.</p>
<p>In a nutshell: Time is my major foe.</p>
<p>Cliché pièce de résistance: but there never seems to be enough&#8230;</p>
<p>Therefore, I have backed off trying to launch a full-out network, and instead have decided to focus on building one site at a time.  Thinking big is great, but time management is greater.  I have had to systematically suspend new projects until other in-progress projects are completed.  Further, I have had to learn to say &#8220;no&#8221; and not take on any new commitments until I can make some <em>significant</em> progress with what&#8217;s already on my to-do list.</p>
